We use modern methods to manage our QC system with mass production lines. The main application fields of our products and services are Electronics, sanitary ware, household appliances, kitchenware, automobiles, mechanic industry and others. We are experienced in machining many kinds of materials, such as mild steel, stainless steel (SUS200/303/304/316, SS430/304/201 and 17-4PH), aluminum (such as Al5052), brass, copper, carbamide alloy, etc.
Moreover, we provide various kinds of surface treatment, including polishing, mirror polishing, No.3/4/5 polishing, sand blasting, brushing, chrome coating, conventional anodizing with or without color, powder coating, painting, silkscreen printing, cementing, nitriding, vacuum heat treatment, super low temperature treatment, hardness anodizing (black/clear), steel oxidizing (dark blue), electropolishing, electroless nickel plating, silver plating, golden plating, etc.
